Quotes are processed M-F during normal business hours and the process typically
takes a few business days once we have your information and selections. Our
approval process takes place in different locations, so it is not possible to
quote pricing over the phone until it is fully reviewed and issued by email. This
also helps assure you receive all available specials and discounts.
A quote does NOT reserve
equipment or hold an event slot open. To avoid disappointment, please contract
EARLY (60-90 days in advance for larger events). Many of the more sought after items are reserved
months in advance. We must schedule items on a
first contract basis. A 10% down payment is now the only cost required to
reserve an event.
DO YOU HAVE IT? WHAT
ITEMS DON'T YOU CARRY? We have just about everything for events in one form
or another or can make it or get it. We have complete tent making, wood working,
props making and metal work shops. We do not do catering but have much of the catering
rental items. We do not do high end electronics, including sound systems for
audiences over 5000 or jumbotrons. These require specialized equipment packages
and operators.
We are not a hard ride company, but have hundreds of inflatables and a few kids hard rides available.

HIGH DENSITY WAREHOUSING: Our
EVENT SUPERCENTER concept is different than most, using the internet and high
density warehousing to offer you many times the selection at a lower cost than
others.
MINIMUMS APPLY:
We are designed for larger, full production events we have a $350 minimum rental
on any events. This increases to $675 minimum on decor, wedding and formal events,
$1000 for theme and theater sets and $1250
minimum on proms, after-proms and AVLS. Events can be done anywhere, however a minimum rental of $10 per
mile from our nearest warehouse also applies (250 miles away = $2500 min).
Rental minimums do not include delivery or onsite labor costs, just the rental
portion.
